At Monztee, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-return and no-cancellation policy to ensure quality and efficiency. However, we do offer replacements for damaged or defective items under specific conditions.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified, as each item is made specifically for you.

  • If there are any errors in the order details, please contact us immediately at contact@monztee.com. While we cannot guarantee modifications, we will assist you wherever possible.

Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds for any purchases except in cases where the order is undeliverable due to an error on our part.

Refunds will only be processed under the following conditions:

  • If your order is canceled by Monztee due to unavailability or technical errors.

  • If the product is not delivered due to issues from our end.

  • If a replacement cannot be provided for a verified damaged or defective product.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used during checkout.

Replacement Policy for Damaged or Defective Items

We ensure that every product undergoes a strict quality control process. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to offer a one-time replacement under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Replacement:

  • Report Within 3 Days: You must notify us at contact@monztee.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide Proof: Submit clear images of the damaged/defective item and the outer packaging.

  • Original Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Non-Eligible Cases for Replacement:

  • Minor color or design variations.

  • Damage due to improper care, washing, or misuse.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Requests made after the 3-day reporting window.

Once your claim is verified, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds for replacements.
